Description
A perfect object to start out with a new setup! After an abysmal summer full of nights that were either cloudy or sub-optimal for imaging, things were looking up during the months of September and October. Lots of consecutive nights to get familiar with the AM-5N, the AT92, a flip flat, a rotator, and making everything work thru N.I.N.A.. Some nights were cut short by weather, others had some human error in play, and also a few hardware gremlins. This is the first time going really deep on M31 and adding in narrowband data. I blended the NB data into the RGB master using continuum subtraction methods. I'm really pleased how it turned out.
