Description
NGC 5128, Centarus A: Located at a distance of about 12 million LYs. This object is identified as a starburst radio galaxy. It is the result of a collision of two galaxies. It contains a super massive black hole of some 55 million solar masses. Imaged from i-telescope's Chile, South America site on July 26. 72 minutes integration: Lum 4 x 3min, R, G, B, 4 x 5 min.
