Description

M33 is a Local Group member, at 2.7 MLY distant.
It is about 60% the size of the Milky Way. It's proximity allows the capture of fine details.
I imaged this December 5 and 6, 2023, from i Telescope's Utah site.
Used a Takahashi TOA-150 refractor. 2 hours integration, 30 x 4 minutes, with a single shot color camera.
This is an improvement over my last attempt, and am happy with some progress.
Mostly processed with Pixinsight.
