Description

NGC 1365 a galaxy in the Fornax group. The group is about 56 million light years away, and
it is believed to be a much larger group than the Virgo cluster. Visible from Wisconsin, but very
low in the southern sky.
Imaged October 6 and 11, from i Tel's Australia location (Siding Springs). About 2 hrs of data:
6 * 5 min each in R, G, B and 6 x 3 min LUM. FOV 37' x 37', but some cropping from original frames.
